[Taxacom] Collecting Samples From Another Country

Dear All,

Could you think of the following situation:
I think, another possible reason is the basic character of human being namely jealousy or spite. In fact, the scientists who collect 1 kg of samples without permission may be prosecuted because they are potentially rich. On the other hand, people who burn the forest (> 1 ton of samples) may not be put in jail because they are poor.  Who would like to work together to minimize this situation? Is there any sponsor to save our forest.
