[Taxacom] taxonomic resistance? (was Re: Phylocode vs Linnean)

Well, having a clade that resolves systematically in a different way 
depending on whether you start with DNA sequences or morphogenetic 
characters would be a prime clade not to revise. I do not think that the 
tree of life should be based solely on DNA sequences or worse bar codes 
(which really performs lousy once you test it, see for example Yassin et 
al. (2010) The genus Drosophila as a model for testing tree- and 
character-based methods of species identification using DNA barcoding. 
Mol Phylogenet Evol:57(2):509-517). But if the DNA and morphogenetics 
come together, I do not see any issue with that.
