[Taxacom] Reporting contributors' contributions

Several years ago I read an article about evaluating contributions to collaborative data building projects in which the authors commented that what was needed was the ability to generate a dynamic report of all an individual's contributions to its improvement (new data, corrections, images, specimen records, images, references, pdfs come to minds) and show how these compared to the contributions of others and the overall database. Does anyone know of a database, taxonomic or otherwise, that has implemented such features?
