[Taxacom] Latin anyone?

  A couple of things:

1. Google handles jokes: "semper ubi sub ubi" translates as the humorous
English version ("illegitimi non carborundum", not so much).

2. It's much easier to write syntactically ambiguous phrases in English
than in Latin, especially when one uses nouns to modify other nouns. I
remember reviewing a paper in the late 1980s; the English diagnosis
seemed okay, but the Latin was incomprehensible; when I went back and
looked at the English, it could be read two different ways, and the
clumsy translation to Latin failed to disambiguate them. I always wrote
descriptions and diagnoses in Latin and translated to English, to avoid
that problem.
