[Taxacom] Announcement: New edition of Terms Used in Bionomenclature

I'd like to thank Paul van Rijckevorsel for identifying out a few  
issues in the web application that are artifacts of my processing of  
the manuscript that I will have fixed today.  This relates to the code- 
related terms (Zoological, Botanical) that are linked to  
definitions.   'Available name' for example should not be linked to  
'Botanical' and is not in the source manuscript.
