[Taxacom] Re Google Maps again

Yes, I am working with John Wieczorek and Biogeomancer. The hope is that 
there will be a way to take what Biogeomancer does very efficiently 
(using a radius method) and translate that into KML, so people can 
easily used data, with error estimates, on GoogleEarth, etc.  I can get 
the uncertainty easily from Biogeomancer, I just need an automated way 
to make that into circles in kml.

Ultimately it would be best to have a way to show irregular shapes 
and/or shaded regions based on probability of occurrence shown as error 
around a point. But a circle will be okay for now.
