about a tool to automate making circles that can represent error around
georeferenced locations? The program "KML Circles"
http://www.zonums.com/gmaps/kml_circles.html is supposed to do this, but
I can't get it to work. Anyway, it would be much, much better if KML
understood circles rather than using a zillion vertices as it does now.
but maybe there is an answer and I have missed it. Kip
