Hi Bob,
      Although they might understand the problem as a whole, such a
campaign will ONLY be successful if it creates awareness among
billionaires (or even multimillionaires) with the funds available to
manufacture and distribute HUGE quantities of condoms (hundreds of
millions, if not billions of them) to the desparately poor where they
are most needed, most of Africa in particular, and many areas of
southern Asia as well.  Large programs of food, medicines, and vaccines,
are fine, but if they aren't accompanied by a large supply of much
needed condoms, they are just feeding a population increase that will
just magnify the amount of human misery in the future. Malthus must be
turning over in his grave.
