[Taxacom] Apostrophe bug RE: formation of zoological names with Mc, Mac, etc.

I'm pleased to report that the apostrophe bug in Globalnames.org searches
has been promptly fixed today soon after I reported it directly.

Those interested can now give such searches as au:d'orbigny a whirl - &
that one should get you over 7000 name strings.
