[Taxacom] Denver Museum of Nature & Science Annals, open access

Like the Denver Museum, the Buffalo Museum of Science used a similar
route this year with its Bulletin of the Buffalo Society of Natural
Sciences.

By formatting in house and limiting print copies to 160 (with 87 going
to library exchange partners) we were able to reduce costs dramatically.

We did not invest in producing a lot of print copies for sale as that
would have increased our costs, but we figured that all articles can be
obtained from authors as pdfs and we will also sell a pdf of the entire
volume.
