Dear Dave,
Walter Berendsohn made a list at the start of EDIT, the original idea
being to pull these (existing) tools into a workflow aimed at
taxonomic revisions. It turned out that there were too many gaps in
the workflow so they developed the Internet Platform for Cybertaxonomy
(http://wp5.e-taxonomy.eu/blog/index.php).
That original list, though, has been updated and is available at http://www.bdtracker.net/
