Why bother?  The are just names, and names of relatively limited application.

I can not for the life of me see any significant scientific, social or
economic disruption that would result from the routine application of
the foundation principle of priority in this case.  99.9999...% of
humanity would not know or care that it has happened. Apart from us,
who really uses subfamilies?  Heck, we have enough difficulty
convincing people that families matter...
