[Taxacom] GPS units that record the time a waypoint was taken

My Garmin GPSMap 60CS records the date and time for each waypoint (in
a comments field) and also for all points along tracks. Just don't
make the mistake of using the misleadingly named "save tracks"
feature while the data are still on the GPS - if you do that it
simplifies the tracks down to a subset of the original points and
loses all the associated date/time information. Leave the tracks in
their "unsaved" state - they will all be called "ACTIVE LOG" when you
download them but the date/time data will be intact. The 60CS is
discontinued but the 60CSx looks like a similar unit.
