[Taxacom] GPS units that record the time a waypoint was taken

I use a Garmin GPSMAP76, which records the day, hour, and minute as
separate columns as well as in a combined field.  For some reason these
and related units are listed under the "marine" section, but they're
good for handheld hiking GPS.  They do have the slightly annoying
feature that the time and date aren't recorded for track points, so you
can't tell how long a particular leg of a trail took unless you mark
waypoints, but regular waypoints do record the time.
