[Taxacom] Phylum Rhizaria (could the Botanical Code claim it?)

Dear All,
I see that Order Telonemida was named (by Cavalier-Smith) as part
of Protozoa many years ago. If genus Telonema indeed turns out to be a
"chromist" instead, I guess the name will need to be changed to
Telonemales (and the family name to Telonemaceae).
More importantly, this got me to thinking about the large Phylum
Rhizaria. If it does turn out to be a sister group to Phylum
Heterokonta, will Rhizaria also come under the Botanical Code rather
than the Zoological Code? There is a history of the two codes both
claiming certain groups of protists, and this could potentially be
another one.
