[Taxacom] rates of hybridization among mammal and fish species

Not hybridzation between mammal and fish, of course!!

I am writing an encylopedia entry on hybridization and am unable to find a "solid" estimate for rates of hybridization among mammal species.  Fish seem to have a bit more data on this, but the numbers are quite variable.
