[Taxacom] Taxa, Taxon Names and Globally Unique Identifiers in Perspective - book chapter

I just posted a draft of a book chapter for an upcoming Systematics  
Association volume on my blog. The volume will be called “Descriptive  
Taxonomy: The Foundation of Biodiversity Research” and published by CUP.

Also is the picture really a fox or is it some other kind of dog?
