Post-doctoral Position: Systematic Botany

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position at the Institute 
of Systematic Botany of the University of Zurich 
(http://www.systbot.uzh.ch/) , to work on the systematics, 
macro-evolution and biogeography of the Southern Hemisphere grass 
subfamily Danthonioideae. Applicants should have experience in plant 
systematics, analytical and statistical competence and an interest in 
macroevolutionary patterns; candidates with a knowledge of grasses 
and experience of working in South America will be preferred.

PhD position

Applications are invited for a PhD position at the Institute of 
Systematic Botany of the University of Zurich 
(http://www.systbot.uzh.ch/). The successful applicant will develop a 
research project on an aspect of the systematics and evolution of the 
Cape flora of South Africa. Applicants should have completed a 
Masters or equivalent degree, and should send their CVs, a summary of 
their research interests, and the names and email addresses of two
