[Taxacom] names pre-1758

Thanks G. B.,
So, should examples like S. scenicus and M. vatia have authorships denoted
as (Clerck, 1758) or (Clerck, 1757)? Perhaps the language used in Article 3
wasn't clear enough to me. It's a rather trivial point from my perspective,
I just want to understand the politics/motivations.
