Art 30.2. For the purpose of this Article, indelible autograph is
handwritten material reproduced by some mechanical or graphic
process (such as lithography, offset, or metallic etching).
---

So, for the purposes of Art 30, a "delible autograph" is "handwritten
material reproduced" by MEANS OTHER than "some mechanical or
graphic process (such as lithography, offset, or metallic etching). ", in
other words reproduced by copying by hand (no matter if this is done in
pencil, ink, etc), as this would lead to non-identical copies.

In fact this is the same issue as electronic publication: in electronic
publication the concern is if copies of the publication kept in various
places are guaranteed to be exactly identical to the original (as fixed at
the moment of valid publication), or could have been altered in some way.
