[Taxacom] Extension of EDIT WP8 questionnaire on taxonomic training resources

Dear all,

This is the relaunch / revival of a request that we posted on TAXACOM 
in December 2006.

It is crucial that we obtain a satisfactory response rate to our 
questionnaire on taxonomic training. So please take some time to 
answer our request. Thank you so much !

I take the opportunity to thank those who already answered the 
questionnaire and helped spread the information further.
