[Taxacom] authorities of kingdoms of life[Scanned]

Don't think Linnaeus used Fungi at the rank of Kingdom ... things were just plants or animals then (and my preference is to retain these as Plantae and Animalia).

Does anybody know the authorities for each kingdom of those
considered by Margulis & Schwartz, 1985:
Protoctista
Monera
Fungi
Plantae
Animalia

And if there is any publication where this is established?
