[Taxacom] Herbarium sequence revisited

Oh, Adolf - what a can of worms you (may) have opened!  Who cares indeed?
This will probably rain a torrent of replies from those who believe strongly
that a phylogenetic arrangement is far more useful and meaningful (emphasizing
the latter) than the alphabetical sequence you suggest.

Or, maybe I misjudge my colleagues.  Perhaps there is a tolerance of other
views that will temper the immediate urge to decry your overly simplistic
view.
