Preserving anuran skins by drying. Herpetological Review 12:10-11). This
precipitated tachycardia, but no hallucinations. The toads had been
killed in dilute alcohol, and hadn't extruded much if any venom from
their parotoid glads, but the glands had been sqeezed somewhat as I
removed them from the carcase.
