Another really neat tool that may be of some help in this case is a free
program called geocalc. With this software you can obtain a lat/long
based on mileage and bearing from a known location. should be available

I have also found another similar program of the same name  but have not
tried it at  http://www.geocomp.com.au/geocalc/ I have not used this
program so have no clue how well it works, the previous program
mentioned works really well though.
