Congratulations! in the subject line, and his university blocked it.

How are you ever going to know if you won the lottery?

PS A bit out of our area, but right now I am having a problem with email from
a hotel in Belgium. They receive mine but I am not receiving theirs. A
Belgium friend is forwarding their emails .... any ideas out there?
