TTR Volume 4 - better late than never

In December of 2004 all the complete issues of The Taxonomic Report (TTR)
Volume four were supposedly uploaded by our webmaster to our TILS (The
International Lepidoptera Survey) web site.   In writing an email today to
someone at the CM, Pittsburg, I went to put in a link to a paper there and
discovered it wasn't up!!!  Then I noticed only one of that Volume's papers
we posted.   Oooops.  So I uploaded them all just now -- 5 months late.
Sorry for any consternation this may have caused anyone over the last few
months attempting to access what the web site stated was there - but
wasn't.   It's all loaded there now.

Our policy is to only post the first page/abstracts of issues until after a
Volume is complete and then post the entire articles.   We do make
occasional exceptions (as with the C. johanseni paper just published).  Any
problems or questions about that site can just be sent directly to me.  Our
web guy (my son-in-law) is a program/software expert (and does our site for
free :-) but is not a lepidopterist and doesn't always stay on top of
things.
