Yes, of course, I know that there are non-English speaking minorities
in North America, and it's a fine thing that there are (parts of)
periodicals for them.

What I meant is that native English speakers aren't exactly a minority
(everywhere) in Germany, and yet a German newspaper thinks it's a good
(marketing) idea to carry an English section nationwide once a week.

Since quick writing on the evening of a long day doesn't seem to be
conducive to making sense, the previous paragraph probably still
doesn't quite cut it. Aw, shucks ...
