Anybody working on Knautia (Dipsacaceae)?

Dear colleagues,

a doctoral student of mine is entertaining the idea of starting a molecular 
phylogenetic project on genus Knautia (Dipsacaceae), also employing 
population-level techniques for the Knautia arvensis species group. In 
order to not duplicate efforts, I would like to know whether somebody is 
working on this genus, with a geographic scope oriented towards Southern 
Europe.
