It looks like the name of this nomen nudum is also appearing in tomorrow's New York Times. Actually, the nomen nudum problem had been particularly bad in recent years for dinosaur names. Publicity can be a two-edged sword if you aren't careful to keep the scientific name from being publicized before it is formally described.
