Recruiting Graduate Student in Insect Conservation

Please pass along this announcement to qualified, interested students:

   University of Tennessee:  Funding is available for a Masters or PhD
   student to work on a project examining broad-scale patterns in the
   distribution and abundance of aquatic insect diversity in the National
   Parks of the southeastern US.  The successful applicant should have
   experience in aquatic insect ecology, community ecology, and/or
   biogeography.  Experience in the identification of adults of aquatic
insects
   is advantageous.  An annual stipend, tuition waiver, and support for all
   field and lab work will be provided.  Interested applicants should email
   a CV, brief statement of research interests, and names and contact info
   for three references to both Nathan Sanders (nsanders at utk.edu) and Chuck
   Parker (chuck_parker at usgs.gov).
