     I'll take whatever I can get.   :-)   Even if the sandboxes don't seem to be moving much closer together, at least they can better understand each other's point of view.

      And perhaps most importantly the growing realization (even by many strict cladists) that a separate PhyloCode sandbox is not a good thing (some scarey bullies in that bunch that I really don't trust at all, especially the ones who don't even try to understand other points of view).

P.S.  And Curtis, that was a good point about the University of Iowa trying to give away a big DNA repository.  I hadn't thought about it that way (yet another good argument against such moves).  I learned something new on Taxacom already this morning!
