Proceedings of "Biogeography of SE Asia 2000"

Dear Taxacomers,

I would appreciate it very much if someone out there would inform
me about the proceedings of the symposium "Biogeography of SE Asia
2000" held in Leiden. I was not the participant but I definitely want
to purchase the proceedings. How should I do? I wonder if someone
tell me the title of the book and when it will or has been already
sold from which publisher?
