Michahelles

Dear friends, 
I need to know about some old scientist with surname Michahelles. He wrote a paper about new founded fish species in Adriatic (Neue Fische des adriatischen Meeres), published in ISIS in 1829-1831. 
I'd like to know about his full name and origin (Austrian or German scientist maybe?) and to have data about Cepola rubescens (C. taenina) in his paper to refer my work on it.
