did anything in my post suggest that the copy of the
website information (on paper, in a printed journal or
 on a CD Rom) should be deposited in libraries LATER
than it is made public on the website?

Sorry for being so long to reply, but my taxacom email is only coming in
every few days.  I get two or three days worth all at once.   Sorry again
as that is simply the way I read your message - that the paper copies were
provided after the electronic.   Ron
