Field Museum's Invertebrate Division has completed a massive retrospective
computerization and archival-quality rehousing project of its entire
pulmonate land snail collection.  In addition to other land snail groups
(Field Museum's Hubricht collection) that were previously computerized,
information for 140,000 lots (= series) of pulmonates is now accessible on
the web at
