ATBI where?! footnote

I also took Neal Evenhuis' advice and visited the HBS website and there is
not one single prokaryote list! Are perhaps ATBIs really "All Eukaryotic
Taxa" ie. "AETBI"? If one were to add the prokaryotes to the ATBI then it
really is a formidable task.
