Dear all,

Iber was the Latin name of the Spanish Rio Ebro, therefore Iberia was a Spanish region (part of the Roman Empire) separated in two by the Rio Ebro; Iberia was also the name given to a region situated between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea and delimited by the following regions: Sarmatia (north), Albania (east), Great Armenia (south) and "Colchide" (west).
