ICZN 4th edition

Word gets around fast. A day later the page has been updated slightly
and there's now a token nod "taken from the ICZN" added. That's  both
incorrect and  insufficient however.

If permission has not been obtained and additionally the text  not verified
against the book that page should not be online.  It might have been put
up with the best of intentions, but as far as I know the ITZN has the same
right to expect copyright compliance for their web pages and for the
ICZN code as any other publisher has.
