Well, it's "nice" because it's a dead ringer for a bootleg copy of the
summary of changes section which was at the official page
www.iczn.org/code.htm last year. The text is very nearly the same as also
published in the hard copy ICZN.
Goodness knows why ITZN removed the information from their site.
But just maybe they'd like a few more of us to buy the book itself (only
USD$48)?
