Carex hystericina vs. hystricina

I wonder how far one can go in correcting "orthographical" or
"typographical" errors in botanical nomenclature (ICBN Art. 60).

Carex hystricina (porcupine sedge) was originally described as
Carex hystericina Muhlen. ex Willd. (? hysterical sedge).

Art. 60 seems to be quite liberal to a possible correction of
"hystericina" to "hystricina" - but is it really so?

Thanks,

Adolf Ceska
