Identification key for Dioscorea

Dear all Taxacomers,
Does anybody know of an identification key for edible Dioscorea species in
Africa (including both cultivated and utilised wild species)? I am aware of
the key from 1975 by Milne-Redhead in "Flora of Tropical East Africa" for
the wild species but would like something special for those used as food.
