I only would like to add that "nontoxic" does not mean "safe". Here in Brazil 
we have certain Palmae, vernacularly know as "samambaia" with really 
threatening thorns. Especially in the age when youngsters take hold of 
everything which is around them I consider these plants a serious health risk.
