Adam's apple

Apple seeds have a flavor somewhat like almonds and are actually quite
tasty. The problem is that they contain a cyanogenetic glycoside
(amygdalin) that yields HCN upon hydrolysis. There is a record of a man
who died of HCN poisoning by eating about a cup of dried apple seeds (see
Kingsbury's "Poisonous Plants of the United States and Canada" for this
report).

Try it, you'll like it; Mikey did!
