Dear All,

In previous messages, John Grehan cited from Croizat´s two-volume work about
the biogeography of South America in order to give support to the idea that one
should praise Rosa as one of the founders of phylogenetic thinking.

I only want to announce happily, that Croizat´s two-volume work is completely
available in the University library of the University of Goettingen.

It contains as well some rather funny alusions to Charles Darwin (sometimes
referred to as Carlos Darwin).

The book is richly ilustrated with maps and figures.

             cheers Thomas
