protest (bleeding fingers?)

I have no problem with the present set up, because I always assume
different lists will handle it differently. I always check the address
before I send ANY e-mail.
Anyway, I do it the "old-fashioned" way. I retype TAXACOM at USOBI.ORG
every time. My fingers haven't started bleeding from the extra key-strokes.
I think we Americans in particular take "convenience" and saving a few
seconds far too seriously. A Russian mother having to stand in line for
hours to buy some food----now that's real inconvenience and a better reason
to protest. And even that doesn't compare to the inconveniences most of our
ancestors had to put up with.
