* 11 extra keystrokes in Netscape 2.0 (less if you use a shorter
nickname than 'taxacom' in your address book. Doubtless the same order of
magnitude in Eudora.

* some lists do this, some the other. I'll admit that I recently sent a
[charactieristically brillient] taacom list reply only to the poster
because of this.
