Large Crystals

This is the problem:

The Utah Museum of Natural History is looking to stabilize particularly large crystals within cabinets.

They are currently placed loosely on shelves and would clearly be bumping into each other and break apart in a seismic event.
Without moving them around to much does anyone have any idea on how to protect these items?
