Congratulations on making available the Minnesota online plant database.

Would you mind sharing Minn's thinking and deliberations that went into
its decision to charge subscription fees. (I assume the obvious --to recover
some level of the operating costs, but perhaps there's more to the
story, and in any case, some thoughts about the particular levels of fees,
classes of users, etc. would be of interest.)
