Hi Debby!
If you are able to do two professional developments close together, I
would recommend doing the Framing routine first. Even the most reluctant
teachers like that routine. I have worked with many secondary teachers
over the years, and they are able to develop several frames for their
content area during a work session. Then, when you provide UO professional
development, these teachers use their frames when creating their
curriculum schedules. When you are able to provide a third PD, I
recommend Content Comparison. Teachers find this routine easy to implement
as well.
